The staff service was top-notch. Sanga checked in on us and provided the menu before arrival, which set a great tone. The underfloor heating in the room was a delightful touch and made the stay even more comfortable, while the breathtaking sea view from our room was simply relaxing.
Some amenities didn't meet expectations.

Had a lovely night in a gorgeous room with stunning ocean views! The spa bath was heavenly, and underfloor heating was a delightful surprise. Such a peaceful escape, felt like royalty with that view right from my room.
The steps to the beach were out of commission, so I couldn't take my daily sandcastle-building sessions. Talk about a sandy disappointment!
